About the Role



Sisua, a consultancy at the forefront of innovation, seeks a seasoned Strategic Transformation Lead to spearhead our clients' journeys towards transformative change.

As a Strategic Transformation Lead, you'll have extensive experience managing small to medium-sized projects with minimal oversight from senior management. Your strong project management and analysis skills will enable you to deliver high-quality outputs and engage effectively with stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development of strategic transformation plans for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sisua's management team to identify and mitigate risks, while driving business growth and expansion.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality assurance processes, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and client-centricity.
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners to develop services and products that meet evolving client needs.


Delivery Expertise:



You'll possess exceptional project management and analysis skills, coupled with proficiency in MS Excel. A proactive approach, combined with strong time management and follow-through on commitments, will be essential in meeting client expectations.



Additionally, you'll be well-versed in core MS Office applications (Teams / Outlook / Word / PowerPoint), with a keen eye for detail and ability to distil complex information into actionable insights.



Relationship Management:



Your excellent active listening skills and empathy will allow you to navigate challenging conversations and written communications with ease. Building and maintaining a professional network will be crucial in identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.



A deep interest in how consulting businesses operate will serve as a foundation for your success in this role.
