Lead Strategic Transformation in Global Mobility

Ramboll Group A/S is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global mobility function as the Strategy and Transformation Lead - Head of Global Mobility. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving change and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global mobility strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and business requirements.
  • Design and operationalise mobility policies and service catalogues that meet the needs of our business.
  • Lead a team of mobility professionals, focusing on building a motivated and skilled team that is onboarded to the strategic journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mobility processes and policies.
  • Evaluate and optimise service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a head quarter/group function role with significant focus on people management and strategic development and implementation.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills, with a record of accomplishment of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement policies and service catalogues that meet business needs from a best practice approach.
  • In-depth understanding of the business implications of mobility and the ability to align strategies with organisational objectives.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with process optimisation and managing service delivery improvements.
