About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Route to Market (RTM) Specialist to join our team at Komerz Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing market-entry strategies for consumer brands targeting the HoReCa sector.

Key Responsibilities

">

The RTM Specialist will be responsible for:

">
  • Developing and implementing RTM strategies tailored to the HoReCa sector, ensuring optimal penetration and brand visibility
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the HoReCa landscape
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the HoReCa sector
  • Collaborating with clients to design Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and align on sales targets
  • Analyzing sales data and market performance to assess the success of RTM strategies
  • Providing actionable insights to enhance market penetration and profitability

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in RTM strategy development and execution, preferably within the large multi-national consumer goods company managing HoReCa channels & customers
  • Strong understanding of the HoReCa market dynamics, distribution channels, and key stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). A minimum of 10 years' experience in RTM strategy development and execution, preferably within the large multi-national consumer goods company managing HoReCa channels & customers, is also required.
