About the Job:

As a Key Account Manager HORECA, you will play a key leadership role in the Sales team at High Profile Resourcing, overseeing the achievement of customer and channel plans by managing the full lifecycle of customer business management.

Responsibilities:

Drive customer strategy execution to achieve business growthMaintain strong client relationships to deliver tailored solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on sales initiatives and drive results

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need a minimum of three years of experience in business development account management within the coffee or FMCG industry, with a focus on selling into a broad portfolio of customers, including high-end and authentic establishments in the HORECA category.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 + benefits + car allowance + bonus, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
