Office Experience Coordinator in a London Office
£200-250 per Day
We are seeking a skilled Office Experience Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (two days a week) until the summer.
Main Responsibilities- Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments with a proactive attitude
- Strong organisational and time management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks effectively
- Self-motivated individual with high energy levels and creativity
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Main point of contact with the WeWork Community Team, handling supplier follow-ups and office budget management
- Manage visitor access, handle mail and packages, and support new starter integration
- Support event organisation, both global and local, to maintain company culture
- Proven experience in similar roles
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications
