We are seeking an experienced Office Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Office Angels. As an Office Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain office equipment
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Manage travel bookings with accuracy
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Arrange meetings and manage refreshments
  • Provide assistance to the Marketing team
  • Conduct research and compile data
  • Maintain stocks of stationery and refreshment supplies
  • Encourage staff to adhere to Health and Safety requirements
  • Promote the organisation's values

Requirements:

  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Social skills
  • Proven ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus under pressure
  • Confidence, drive, and a 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to quickly grasp new tasks and responsibilities
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary: £32,000 per annum
