About the Role
This Office Coordinator position requires an individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently, maintain office supplies, and provide technical support to the team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar roles and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining office schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Greeting office visitors and checking them in for appointments.
  • Assisting with employee onboarding by setting up workstations and providing necessary equipment and software.
  • Ensuring all departments have necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Planning and executing virtual events and meetings.
  • Resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
  • Providing technical support to the team in computer hardware and software systems.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and fire safety procedures.
