Office Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing office schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Greeting office visitors and ensuring they are checked in and accompanied to their appointments with our client's team members.
  3. Assisting in onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, providing necessary equipment and software, and ensuring all IT systems are in place.
  4. Coordinating supplies, including office supplies, stationery, and equipment, for all departments.
  5. Supporting the planning and execution of virtual events and meetings.
  6. Troubleshooting technical issues related to software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
  7. Maintaining and updating IT equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, and servers.
  8. Providing technical support to the team in the use of computer hardware and software systems.
  9. Tracking inventory records and reports, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.
  10. Ensuring office appliances are properly maintained and serviced.
  11. Overseeing health and fire safety procedures and communicating assembly points to all team members.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in office coordination or administrative roles.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer hardware and software systems.
  3. Familiarity with health and fire safety procedures is an asset.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for organisation and administrative tasks, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £40k per annum.
