Job Title: Support Coordinator
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to manage internal diaries, schedule client and business development meetings, and coordinate external client candidate interviews. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and utilize your organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize calendars using established colour-coding systems and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Update the central CRM system when client or business development meetings are scheduled.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, and dining reservations.
- Plan and execute internal and external events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and seasonal parties.
- Make reservations for coffee/dining arrangements and book meeting room facilities.
Requirements:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, or scheduling software.
- Foundation understanding of data entry and document control processes.
