This is a temporary position lasting 3-4 months, with the option for remote working. As a French speaking travel coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm travel needs and preferences with participants, including any special requirements.
  • Collaborate with our travel partners to secure the best possible travel arrangements.
  • Maintain an organised database of bookings and track all reservations.
  • Proactively address any travel-related issues and serve as the primary contact for participants during their travels.

Requirements:

  1. You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in travel coordination, handling complex itineraries for events.
  2. Familiarity with international flight booking protocols and common travel logistics challenges is essential.
  3. Fluency in English is required, with French proficiency being desirable.

Benefits:
