About the Role

At Best Days Travel, we are seeking an Online Client Liaison Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role involves acting as the main liaison between clients and travel services, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle travel inquiries, provide recommendations, and manage bookings.
  2. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their travel needs are met and their experiences exceed expectations.
  3. Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  4. Passion for travel and creating positive client experiences.
  5. Must be 18 years or older.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
