Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Global Travel Coordinator to join our team at Dream Travel by Cheryl. As a Global Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Duties:

  1. Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  2. Client Support: Provide exceptional customer support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
