Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organised individual to join our team as a Global Travel Logistics Coordinator.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics for our recruiting-related travel, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals. They will also process candidate travel expenses and manage all travel communications.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritise requests, and work independently with minimal supervision.

About You
  • At least 3 years of experience in a travel or assistant-related role
  • A reliable, courteous, and flexible team player with excellent customer service skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Experienced with G Suite, Word, and Excel
  • Previous experience with Jira is an advantage
