  • To provide exceptional customer satisfaction by keeping clients informed of shipment movement throughout the process.
  • To handle client requests, complaints, and queries while updating relevant systems with key information.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess freight forwarding experience working in a multimodal logistics environment, preferably within project logistics. They must be an exceptional communicator, organized, and able to work as part of a team or independently as needed.
