Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Travel Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational delivery of hosted buyer/delegate programmes across all events.

The primary purpose of this role is to work closely with the Head of Hosted Buyer Operations to implement and ensure the smooth running of event hosted attendee programmes. This includes regular communication with hosted buyers, ownership and management of hosted buyer inboxes, and delegation of issues and queries to the rest of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hosted programme coordination – customer service
  • Telesales and Telemarketing
  • Data Management, acquisition, and retention

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Global Travel Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for working with the commercial, editorial, and marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery of events. This includes determining and keeping an accurate record of event spend, researching venues and suppliers, and taking responsibility for handling issues and troubleshooting any problems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the operational delivery of hosted buyer/delegate programmes, as well as exposure in the operational delivery of events and/or exhibitions. They will also possess fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and attention to detail in all areas.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
