Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Luxury Vacation Planner to join our team at Best Days Travel. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements for our clients, ensuring that they have an unforgettable experience.

About the Position:
In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for planning and booking vacations for our clients, working closely with suppliers to ensure the best possible rates and services. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the booking process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Obtain certifications from suppliers to stay up-to-date with industry developments
* Develop and maintain knowledge of global vacation destinations, recommending the best options to clients
* Provide outstanding customer service, communicating effectively with clients before, during, and after their trip
* Use time management skills to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients
* Offer remote customer service, addressing client concerns and providing support throughout the booking process
* Collaborate with suppliers to secure services, accommodations, and special arrangements for clients
* Stay informed about luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and unique experiences to provide relevant recommendations
* Monitor travel restrictions and book various travel needs

Qualifications:
* Fluency in English
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Computer navigation ability
* Ability to think critically and solve problems
