Travel Industry Specialist

The Best Days Travel team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our growing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating corporate travel arrangements for our clients.
About the Role:
This is an entry-level position serving as your gateway into the travel industry, allowing you to make a positive impact on travelers' lives while fostering your professional growth. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized travel solutions that exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Obtain supplier certifications to stay updated with industry changes
* Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in globally popular vacation destinations
* Provide customer service with meticulous attention to detail
* Utilize time management skills to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients
* Offer remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience
* Consult with clients remotely to understand their sports event travel needs
* Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries for clients
* Review individual needs and wants for travel to design trips tailored to meet their requirements
* Collaborate with villa owners, property managers, and local partners to secure services, accommodations, and special arrangements for clients
* Stay informed about luxury travel trends, emerging villa destinations, and unique villa experiences to provide relevant and captivating recommendations
* Monitor travel restrictions and book various travel needs
* Effectively communicate with clients pre/post-travel
* Promptly respond to all travel inquiries and handle any issues that may arise during bookings and/or travel for clients
Requirements:
* Fluency in English
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Computer navigation ability
* Desire to help others
* Superb problem-solving skills
