We are seeking a dedicated and experienced corporate travel consultant to join our team at Best Days Travel. This role involves providing comprehensive travel planning and coordination services to our clients, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Stay Up-to-Date: Obtain supplier certifications to stay informed about the latest industry developments.
  2. Destination Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations globally.
  3. Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service with meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Time Management: Utilize time management skills to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients.
  5. Remote Support: Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support to enhance the client experience.
  6. Client Consultation: Consult with clients remotely to understand their sports event travel needs, including event preferences, travel styles, budgets, and special requests.
  7. Itinerary Creation: Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries for clients.
  8. Tailored Trips: Review individual needs and wants for travel to design trips tailored to meet their requirements.
  9. Ongoing Training: Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification for booking travel.
  10. Budget Planning: Provide suggested budgets for clients and plan trips according to their budget constraints.
  11. Promotional Partnerships: Collaborate with villa owners, property managers, and local partners to secure services, accommodations, and special arrangements for clients.
  12. Market Insights: Stay informed about luxury travel trends, emerging villa destinations, and unique villa experiences to provide relevant and captivating recommendations.
  13. Travel Arrangements:
  14. Monitor travel restrictions and book various travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.).
  15. Pre/Post-Travel Communication: Effectively communicate with clients pre/post-travel.
  16. Issue Resolution: Promptly respond to all travel inquiries and handle any issues that may arise during bookings and/or travel for clients.
  17. Social Media Engagement: Utilize social media to maintain and market to the client base.
