Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Specialist to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will have excellent sales and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, managing bookings from start to finish, and providing exceptional customer service. Regular follow-ups will be necessary to maximise conversion and provide feedback on non-conversion. Out-of-hours cover will also be required on a rota basis for the emergency phone.

Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven sales targets within a travel sales environment are also essential. Ability to manage and prioritise workload and keep track of bookings is crucial. Fluency in spoken and written English is also a requirement.

What We Offer:
This role comes with a competitive salary and benefits package including hybrid office/home-based working, Monday to Friday 8-4 or 9-5 with Saturdays on a rota basis. Out-of-hours phone cover is also required but will come with an additional payment of £250 per week. Additional staff benefits include discounted travel, health cash plan, subsidised gym membership, wellbeing treatments and social events. Beautiful modern offices are also available.
