Job Description:

Echelon 56 seeks a detail-oriented Travel Industry Specialist to join our team

As a Travel Industry Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences to our clients. This involves providing accurate information, answering complex questions, and handling customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Your key responsibility will be to ensure seamless customer interactions, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among our clients.

  • Providing expert travel advice and recommendations
  • Answering and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
