Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Training Manager to join our team at Duke Corporate Education. This is a full-time position that will require individuals to be in the office 5 days per week or travel to client sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience working in a corporate environment and managing teams across different cultures and geographies.

About the Role

This role involves coordinating the design and delivery of leadership programs for clients in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all program logistics, liaising with clients, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring that all programs are designed and delivered successfully.

Responsibilities
  • Client Program Management:
    • Manage end-to-end program execution, including project plans, budgets, invoicing, contracting, and material preparation.
    • Drive critical delivery elements and manage post-program evaluation and debriefing.
    • Coordinate design meetings and logistics, offer design ideas, and manage communications.
    • Manage program budgets, contracts, materials, and expenses. Ensure billing accuracy.
    • Collaborate on special design assignments and participate in developing program elements.
    • Coordinate with program delivery team and organize preparation briefings.
  • Program Delivery:
    • Manage delivery logistics, liaise on graphic design, and provide content and module support.
    • Coordinate event details, communications, and attendance tracking.
    • Contribute to debrief meetings and program improvements.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Build relationships, understand client business and meet client needs.
    • Ensure smooth delivery that delights clients.
    • Identify and address risks and opportunities.
  • Reporting:
    • Provide program reporting and analysis.
    • Build client dashboards to provide succinct visuals with program updates.
  • Knowledge Management:
    • Maintain and update program delivery documents.

This role offers a competitive salary of around $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
