Multilingual Sales Representative

At Origin Multilingual, we are seeking a highly motivated Pharmaceutical Product Sales Executive to join our team based in Rainham RM13. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building relationships with them, and offering our products. With a strong sales background and excellent communication skills, this individual will thrive in a dynamic environment and drive business growth.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Outbound telephone sales to identify new business opportunities;
- Converting warm leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products;
- Managing the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up with potential clients;
- Updating the internal database with sales tasks and activities;
- Maintaining a professional telephone manner and exceptional rapport-building skills;
- Previous sales experience and ability to speak one of the following languages: Gujarati or Hindi.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per year, with an OTE of up to £36,000, inclusive of monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus schemes. Additionally, you will have access to career development opportunities, employee recognition and rewards, pension benefits, and a Christmas Bonus.
