Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
- Work closely with account directors and senior colleagues to oversee projects and deliver client requirements
- Take ownership of larger, more complex accounts and manage them from initial brief to successful delivery
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing client relationships
- Lead financial forecasting, project profitability assessments, and manage budgets to meet and exceed financial targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management and business development
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
