About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Manager to lead our relationship with Booker. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive volume growth, improve profitability, and increase market share.
The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive volume growth, improve profitability, and increase market share
- Manage the relationship with Booker, including pricing, promotion, and account planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
- Negotiate and agree contracts and terms with customers
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in national account management, preferably in the retail FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of category, market, customer, and consumer dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Results-driven and able to work under pressure
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
