National Account Manager

We're seeking a skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Jacobs Douwe Egberts. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing our relationships with major wholesale accounts, including Unitas and Country Range Group.
Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a commercial strategy that drives growth and maximizes joint opportunities with our customers. This will involve working closely with our cross-functional selling team, including category, shopper marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of customer AOP P&L.
You'll be responsible for delivering customer AOP P&L, encompassing agreed volume, NSV, GP, and GP% measures. Additionally, you'll negotiate pricing, promotions, and account planning on the customer account, as well as develop strong customer relationships and bring the customer strategy into JDE.
We're looking for a highly organized individual with strong organizational skills, able to work with others to deliver a specific customer strategy. You should have proven UK account executive and management experience in a retail FMCG brand environment, preferably with experience dealing with customers within the wholesale sector.

As a National Account Manager, you'll have regular exposure to leadership teams within the UK and across Europe, and will be fully responsible for the account management life cycle.
