National Account Strategist

The National Account Strategist role at Jacobs Douwe Egberts will be responsible for developing and executing a commercial strategy to drive growth with key retail customers. This strategic role will involve managing relationships with value retail customers, negotiating pricing and promotions, and developing account plans to support future growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive growth with key retail customers.
- Negotiate pricing and promotions with customers to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to inform commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account plans.
- Proven experience in a commercial or account management role, preferably in the retail FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Degree educated (or equivalent).
