Job Overview

Jacobs Douwe Egberts is seeking a skilled National Account Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Convenience and Wholesale sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with major customers, developing commercial strategies, and delivering business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer account plans to drive volume growth and profitability
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and distribution agreements with customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership teams
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, category dynamics, and consumer behavior
  • Leverage internal resources to deliver results and drive business growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail FMCG brand environment, preferably in a National Account Manager role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to demonstrate NSV growth achievement and a strong desire to drive further growth
  • Degree educated (or equivalent)
