National Account Executive

Jacobs Coffee is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to fill the role of National Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering JDE targets and customer P&L, including volume, value, GP, and GP% measures.
You will work closely with customers to develop tailored customer-focused plans, NPD, promotional plans, in line with the internal commercial cycle. Selling and embedding JDE category vision with appropriate in-store execution will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
This is a broad National Account Manager position that involves full P&L ownership. The role requires a high level of commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex relationships.
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of commercial experience in a retail FMCG brand environment, including management of key customers.
