Job Summary: We are looking for a National Account Development Lead to join our team at Jacobs Douwe Egberts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing national account strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • National Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with national wholesale customers, including Unitas and Country Range Group, to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.">
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.">
  • Pricing, Promotion, and Negotiation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate pricing, promotions, and distribution agreements that maximize revenue and market share.">
  • Account Planning and Evaluation: Develop and execute account plans that align with business objectives, and evaluate their effectiveness to inform future strategies.">
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.">

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a retail FMCG brand environment, preferably with experience of dealing with customers within the wholesale sector.">
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work with others to deliver a specific customer strategy, and demonstrated NSV growth achievement.">
  • Education: Degree educated (or equivalent).">

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
