The Research Council is seeking a Strategic Retail Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth and expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and account planning with key retail partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and meet customer needs.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Leverage industry insights to develop targeted sales strategies and improve business performance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in UK retail FMCG brand management, with a focus on strategic account management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
  • Demonstrate track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key retail partners.
  • Degree-educated (or equivalent).

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
