- Process sales orders onto internal systems with accuracy and speed.">
- Coordinate with courier and transport agencies regarding outbound deliveries and booking inbound deliveries.">
- Carry out daily operations including customer order processing, tracking orders via pallet networks, account monitoring, and administrative duties as required.">
- Encourage customers to use the e-commerce site through phone calls and email marketing.">
Requirements

- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.">
- Experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn in-house systems quickly.">
- Ability to work independently due to remote location, requiring own transportation.">
- Degree in Business Administration or related field (not necessary)">
