This Administrative Support Coordinator role offers the opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to the Operations Director, ensuring efficient daily operations and streamlined project timelines. With potential progression to Office Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting office operations, managing communications, and driving team productivity.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Director, including diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel organization.
  • Manage communications on behalf of the Director, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate project timelines, collaborating with site managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support client and contractor interactions, including contract management, agreement preparation, and document control.
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital and paper-based filing systems.
  • Prepare health and safety documents as required for project needs.
  • Supervise up to two administrative staff members as the role evolves into Office Manager.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in construction or logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in interacting with staff, contractors, and clients.
  • Familiarity with construction sector project management tools and processes is beneficial.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is £30,000 - £40,000.
