Leader Recruitment Group is seeking an exceptional Clinical Deputy Manager to join a leading nursing home in Derby.
About the Role:The successful candidate will support the Registered Manager in the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to Service Users based on person-centred care plans.
- Lead, support, and train staff to help them reach their full potential.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions while maintaining a high standard of clinical governance and effectiveness.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a mental health environment is desirable.
- QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
- Knowledge of health and safety in care services and a commitment to fostering a harmonious working environment.
- Experience in building positive relationships with patients, their families, and other health and social care professionals.
