About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our CAMHS service at Ruby Lodge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and young people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse cohort of service users, delivering high-quality care through clear organisation of lodge processes, structured governance and escalation routes and strong leadership and support for colleagues within the team.
  • Demonstrate skills within assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care/treatment packages for children, young people and families.
  • Financial responsibility for the resources identified for the lodge, including staffing, environmental costs, and lodge resources.
  • Ensure day-to-day operational management of the lodge is effective and efficient.
  • Management of the E-roster system including safe levels of staffing are achieved.
  • Provide line management and clinical supervision.
  • Provide clinical leadership and be a source of specialist clinical advice by having a working knowledge of specific therapeutic interventions, treatments, and clinical management strategies.
  • Ensure that the guiding principles of Clinical Governance are in place and that they are utilised to maintain and enhance clinical practice and quality within the team.
