About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist to join our team in The Midlands, South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire. As a Clinical Bowel Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving clinical excellence for our bowel management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate Clinical Services: You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining professional bowel management services for patients within company and professional guidelines.
  2. Promote Clinical Solutions: As a key member of our team, you will promote our clinical services and solutions, supporting strategic project work to ensure quicker access to transanal irrigation (TAI) for patients.
  3. Develop Patient Relationships: You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with target accounts to enhance partnerships, providing expert professional and clinical care using evidence-based practices.
  4. Provide Education and Training: You will deliver education and training on the use of our bowel management products to healthcare professionals and patients.
  5. Data Monitoring and Compliance: You will monitor activity and data with Territory Managers to ensure efficiency and compliance with CQC registration and clinical governance requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered General Nurse with a current NMC pin or be a qualified Physiotherapist or Clinical Scientist holding a professional governing body.
  • Strong clinical and commercial acumen.
  • Previous experience in implementing and being involved with strategic project work.
  • Nursing experience related to bowel management is desirable.
  • Account management skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
