Clinical Bowel Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist to join our team in The Midlands, South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire. As a Clinical Bowel Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving clinical excellence for our bowel management solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Clinical Services: You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining professional bowel management services for patients within company and professional guidelines.
- Promote Clinical Solutions: As a key member of our team, you will promote our clinical services and solutions, supporting strategic project work to ensure quicker access to transanal irrigation (TAI) for patients.
- Develop Patient Relationships: You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with target accounts to enhance partnerships, providing expert professional and clinical care using evidence-based practices.
- Provide Education and Training: You will deliver education and training on the use of our bowel management products to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Data Monitoring and Compliance: You will monitor activity and data with Territory Managers to ensure efficiency and compliance with CQC registration and clinical governance requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered General Nurse with a current NMC pin or be a qualified Physiotherapist or Clinical Scientist holding a professional governing body.
- Strong clinical and commercial acumen.
- Previous experience in implementing and being involved with strategic project work.
- Nursing experience related to bowel management is desirable.
- Account management skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
