This is an exciting role to work as a dedicated Bowel Management Specialist. You will join a successful team and drive clinical excellence for Chemistree Solutions' bowel management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years as a registered General Nurse with a current NMC pin or be a qualified Physiotherapist or Clinical Scientist holding a professional governing body. Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the delivery of an ethical and professional bowel management service to patients within professional and company guidelines.
  2. Promote Chemistree Solutions' clinical services and solutions, be a key member involved in strategic project work to support the NHS and ensure quicker access to transanal irrigation (TAI).
  3. Support patients who require transanal irrigation and develop and maintain long-term relationships with target accounts to enhance partnerships with Chemistree Solutions.
  4. Provide expert information, training and advice to healthcare professionals and patients and deliver education and training on the use of Chemistree Solutions' BM products.
  5. Monitor activity and data with Territory Managers to ensure efficiency and access to TAI.
  6. Maintain a professional portfolio in line with NMC requirements and keep abreast of clinical developments within the specialty.
  7. Ensure compliance with CQC registration and clinical governance requirements.

Salary: Highly competitive salary (£60,000 - £80,000) plus company car or car allowance, bonus and additional benefits package.
