Job Title: Clinical Solutions Manager

Chemistree Solutions is a market leader in intimate healthcare solutions with a strong record for product and service innovation. We are seeking a Clinical Solutions Manager to join our team, responsible for coordinating an ethical and professional bowel management service to patients within guidelines.

We promote the company's clinical services and solutions, and support the NHS for quicker access to transanal irrigation. You will support patients who require transanal irrigation, develop relationships with target accounts, and enhance partnerships. Your role includes providing expert information, training, and advice to healthcare professionals and patients, and delivering education and training on the company's BM products.

As a Clinical Solutions Manager, you will monitor activity and data with Territory Managers to ensure efficiency and access to TAI. You must maintain a professional portfolio in line with NMC requirements and keep abreast of clinical developments. Ensure compliance with CQC registration and clinical governance requirements.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Requirements:**
  • 3 years of experience as a registered General Nurse with a current NMC pin, or a qualified Physiotherapist or Clinical Scientist.
  • Strong clinical and commercial acumen.
  • Previous experience in implementing strategic project work.
  • Nursing experience related to bowel management is desirable.
  • Account management skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
