We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychology Service Manager to lead our child clinical psychology team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our services and ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and care.

The role involves managing a team of clinicians and supporting them in their professional development. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure our services are safe, effective, and efficient. With your excellent leadership and management skills, you will be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a team of clinicians and support their professional development

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology
  • Experience in clinical psychology management and leadership
  • Excellent leadership and management skills

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
