About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced clinical leader to take on a key role in our organization. As Director of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for leading a clinical team in Yorkshire, shaping and delivering high-quality care in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective clinical strategies to drive service improvement
  • Lead and manage the clinical team, promoting a culture of patient-centered care, safeguarding, and respect for patients' rights
  • Work closely with senior management to set strategic objectives and align clinical services with organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards

Key Requirements:

  • A professional qualification in a healthcare discipline (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work)
  • Extensive experience in a senior clinical leadership role, ideally within a mental health, healthcare, or related setting

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
