The Diabetes Times is seeking a talented Clinical Lead in Diabetes Management to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary diabetes team, you will lead the delivery of high-quality diabetes care to our patients, driving excellence in patient outcomes through clinical expertise and leadership.

About the Opportunity

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a high degree of personal autonomy, providing clinical nursing advice, education, and leadership within the specialty. You will be responsible for delivering optimal care throughout all aspects of the patient care pathway, requiring strong communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of people across different disciplines.

The successful candidate will have 34 hours per week allocated to community post and 37.5 hours and 28.5 hours allocated to inpatient services. This role requires you to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop advanced specialist skills in diabetes and improve the care and management of patients within secondary and primary care.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
