We are seeking a highly motivated Band 7 Senior Clinical Research Nurse to lead an exceptional team and drive outstanding patient care.

Vickers 2 is a specialised acute ward dedicated to the management of patients with complex diabetes and endocrine conditions. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

  • Providing strong leadership and mentorship to the nursing team.
  • Managing staff rotas, appraisals, and professional development.
  • Driving quality improvement initiatives and championing best practices in diabetes and endocrine care.
What We're Looking For:
  • A registered nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Significant experience in acute care, ideally within diabetes or endocrine specialties.
  • A commitment to patient-centred care and continuous professional development.

The estimated salary for this position is £46,148-£52,809 per annum pro rata for part-time staff.
