Care Home Clinical Lead

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team as a Regional Nurse. In this role, you will travel across your region to deliver high clinical standards and lead a multi-disciplinary team in providing the highest quality care to residents.
The successful candidate will have current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of key regulatory frameworks are essential.
This is an opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious nurse to lead by example, motivating teams in each Barchester care home.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
