Deputy Home Manager/Clinical Lead

Our client, a reputable care provider, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to join their team at a 50-bed nursing home in Sheffield. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the clinical management of the home and will lead a team of Nurses and Care Assistants to deliver exceptional standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Ensure the home is compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development of the home's clinical strategy and business plan.
- RGN Qualified & NMC Registered.
- Effective leadership and people management skills.
- Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
