Job Title: Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

GSL Education is recruiting for an OFSTED Registered Manager on behalf of a 3-bedded children's home, caring for children aged 8-18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations.
  • Lead and support the residential team to provide high-quality care.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment for children with EBD and mental health needs.
  • Manage resources and maintain all records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
  • Experience in a children's residential setting, with knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
  • Must have a driving license and access to own transport.
