GUARDIAN SELECTION LIMITED is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bedded children's home in Sheffield.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our children's residential home. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team and ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the home's operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and mental health needs.
- Lead and support the residential team to provide high-quality care and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of children in our care.
- Manage resources and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
- Experience in a children's residential setting, with knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
- Valid driving license and access to own transport.
