About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Biologics Territory Manager to join our team in the North East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for launching Galderma's new biologic portfolio into local ICS/Trusts, developing customer relationships, and maximizing opportunities based on strong account plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Relationship Management: Deliver expected performance and beyond (sales) in the territory, develop smart pre-call objectives in line with territory strategy and brand team goals, educate medical providers and staff, and create and implement successful regional and local P2P plans.
  2. Territory Management: Continuously analyze sales reports (CRM etc.) and field intelligence, develop a business plan for own territory in line with brand strategy for most important accounts, understand patient flow, local ecosystems, and key influencers, and accurately identify customer position on sales cycle.
