Job Overview

The Senior Biologics Territory Manager - South East will play a critical role in launching Galderma's new biologic portfolio into the local ICS/Trusts. This position requires excellent customer relationship management, sales, and territory planning skills to maximize opportunities based on strong account plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver expected performance and beyond in the territory by effectively handling objections or concerns and consistently gaining a logical call to action/close on every sales call.
  2. Analyze sales reports (CRM etc.) and field intelligence to develop business plans for own territory in line with brand strategy for the most important accounts.
  3. Understand patient flow, local ecosystems, and key influencers to inform key territory plans and work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to implement excellent local business plans.
Requirements
  • Ability to take complex medical data and effectively communicate this to customers through a robust customer-centric model.
  • Solid understanding of the high-cost drugs UK healthcare landscape, including national & local payors, providers, and healthcare funding flows.
  • Excellence in Business Acumen to develop and implement robust territory and account plans.
  • Proven key account & project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage complex projects.
  • Microsoft Fluent.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
