About this Opportunity

GALDERMA is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager - Biologics. This is a challenging opportunity to take ownership of our biologic portfolio in the Mid-West and Wales, Fie region. You will be responsible for delivering expected performance and beyond (sales) in the territory, creating and implementing successful regional and local P2P plans that accelerate launch uptake of Galderma's exciting biologic.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver expected performance and beyond (sales) in the territory.
  • Develop smart pre-call objectives in line with territory strategy and brand team goals.
  • Educate medical providers and staff.

Territory Management:
  • Continuously analyze sales reports (CRM etc.) and field intelligence.
  • Develop a business plan for own territory in line with brand strategy for most important accounts.
  • Understand patient flow, local ecosystems and key influencers so that key territory plans are appropriately informed.

Salary and Bonus

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus scheme, pension scheme, and life insurance.
