Biologics Territory Specialist

Job DescriptionThe Account Manager - Biologics will play a critical role in successfully launching our new biologic portfolio into the local ICS/Trusts. They will be responsible for communicating the value proposition and executing infield brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Relationship Management:
- Continuously analyze sales reports (CRM etc.) and field intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement successful regional and local plans to accelerate the launch of our biologic products.
- Educate medical providers and staff on the benefits of our offerings.
- Develop a business plan tailored to your territory, aligning with our brand strategy.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams, including medical, marketing, and market access, to deliver excellent local business plans.
- Share best practices and expertise across the organization to enhance our success.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of disease, product, market, and competitive intelligence, effectively communicating complex data to customers.
- Proven track record in account management, with experience in launching new products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and proficiency in English language.
