Job Description

The Account Manager - Biologics will play a critical role in successfully launching our new biologic portfolio into the local ICS/Trusts. They will be responsible for communicating the value proposition and executing infield brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Relationship Management:
  1. Continuously analyze sales reports (CRM etc.) and field intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement successful regional and local plans to accelerate the launch of our biologic products.
  3. Educate medical providers and staff on the benefits of our offerings.
Territory Planning:
  1. Develop a business plan tailored to your territory, aligning with our brand strategy.
  2. Foster collaboration with internal teams, including medical, marketing, and market access, to deliver excellent local business plans.
Maintaining Market Intelligence:
  1. Share best practices and expertise across the organization to enhance our success.
  2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of disease, product, market, and competitive intelligence, effectively communicating complex data to customers.
Required Skills
  • Proven track record in account management, with experience in launching new products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and proficiency in English language.
