Biologics Territory Lead

We are currently seeking an accomplished and strategic-thinking Account Manager - Biologics to join our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for launching Galderma's new biologic portfolio into the local ICS/Trusts market and developing a comprehensive territory strategy to drive sales growth and maximize opportunities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective business plans that meet customer needs and align with company objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve sales goals and expand Galderma's presence in the local market.
- Become a trusted advisor to key external stakeholders, communicating the value proposition of Galderma's biologic products and driving adoption among medical providers and staff.
- Analyze sales reports and field intelligence to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement effective business plans that meet customer needs and align with company objectives.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of selling experience in high-cost drugs, including launch experience, preferably in the Immunology/Dermatology therapeutic area.
- Demonstrated ability to think independently and act autonomously, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiating skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and requirements.
- Proven experience interacting with and shaping relationships directly with healthcare stakeholders, particularly payors.
- Knowledge of payor decision-making processes and key payor stakeholders, with a desire to leverage this expertise to drive business growth.
Benefits
